Step 8: Inform players & parents about the use of PSD
When the integration of PSD goes well and you are ready for the next step, you can inform the players and the parents about the integration.
Before you take this step, you need to be sure that the planning is well-filled and that the coaches are all well off with PSD.
The e-mail below can be sent in addition to the invitation you send from PSD. In the e-mail you should also send the PDF-file that we sent to the admin at the startup.

With this e-mail, we would like to share with you that the club has recently partnered up with ProSoccerData (PSD), a player-centric planning & reporting platform. Through PSD you will be able to consult your personal agenda with scheduled training and games. The chat application will also allow you to talk with other team members. Please find in attachment an introduction on the basic functionalities of the platform. I recommend you all to read this carefully before you start to use PSD.
