As club administrator, you are the first point of contact for staff members and players/parents. If someone from your club has a question about the platform, they can contact you via the login portal of your club platform or via the settings in the mobile application. Below are the 10 most frequently asked questions by and for administrators:

1. How can I invite a staff member to PSD?

Go to Control Panel > Rights and find the staff member you wish to invite via the ‘Quick Search’ bar. Click on the staff member's name and then on the green ‘Invite user’ button on the right. If there is an e-mail address associated with the staff member, it will be filled in automatically, otherwise you can type in the e-mail address. Also choose the staff member's user profile and finally click the yellow ‘Send’ button.

Go to Control Panel > Rights and click on ‘Player’ in the ‘Current members’ column. Find the player you wish to invite via the ‘Quick search’ bar and click on his/her name. Check via the Administration module whether the e-mail address is correct (no space in front or at the end of the e-mail address). Click on the cogwheel icon at the top of the platform to go to the ‘Invalid e-mail list’ and check if the e-mail address is in this list. You can validate an e-mail address after you have corrected it or if it is correct by clicking on the green check mark behind the e-mail address. You can now send the e-mail address an invitation again.

4. Where can I log in to PSD?

Login to ProSoccerData is done after invitation via the administrator and using a unique e-mail address and a self-chosen password. A club member can always log in in the following ways after gaining access to ProSoccerData:

After entering your e-mail address, click on ‘Forgot password’. You will now receive an e-mail enabling you to create a new password.

You can download our mobile application from the App Store and the Google Play Store.

7. Can I add a player to 2 teams?

It is not possible to add a player to 2 teams. We recommend you to add the player to the team with which he plays the most training sessions and games. In addition, you can manually add him/her to the other team at both training sessions and games.

8. I have a player double in the platform?

This is because the player in question is not properly linked to the correct player in our Masterdata. Merge the duplicate players via Control Panel > Functions > Merge duplicate players. After merging them, go to Control Panel > Member Management and search for the player via the ‘Players / Staff’ filter. If necessary, link or validate the player from your platform with the player in our Masterdata.

9. How can I add the games of my teams?
