Below are the 10 most frequently asked questions by and for players/parents:

1. How can I create an account on PSD?

The club administrator should give you access to the platform by sending you an invitation. In the invitation e-mail, you can click on the activation button at the bottom and follow the necessary steps to create an account and start using PSD.

So you need to contact the club administrator to get access.

2. Where can I log in to PSD?

Login to ProSoccerData is done after invitation via the administrator and using a unique e-mail address and a self-chosen password. A club member can always log in in the following ways after gaining access to ProSoccerData:

3. Can multiple accounts be created for 1 player?

You certainly can! Both father, mother and son or daughter can have an account linked to the player. The club administrator should then send an invitation to each e-mail address.

The communication is not protected per account so an e-mail sent by the father can also be seen by the mother and son/daughter.

4. How can I set myself absent for a training session or game?

In the web platform: via My Dashboard, you can click on a training session or game in your planning and then set your absence at the top right. You always need to select a reason for absence.

In the mobile app: via the ‘Calendar’ button at the bottom, you can click on a training or game and then indicate at the top that you will be absent. You always need to select a reason for absence.

5. How can I enter a long-term absence (e.g. holiday)?

In the web platform: via My dashboard, you can click on the row of ‘All day’ in your planning. You can then click on ‘Absence’ and enter all the info (reason for absence, start and end date).

In the mobile app: via the ‘Calendar’ button, you can click on the plus sign at the top and then on ‘New absence’. You can now enter the reason for absence as well as the start and end date.

You will automatically be set to absent on all events you are linked to during this period.

6. My data or my son/daughter's data are not correct. Can I change it myself?

It is not possible to change your own data. You should contact the club administrator by clicking on ‘Contact administrator’ in the web platform (click on your name at the top right) or the mobile app (click on your name at the top right --> Settings).

7. How can I switch between 2 or more profiles?

In the web platform: by clicking on your name at the top right and then switching users at the bottom

In the mobile app: by clicking on your name at the top right and then selecting a new user

Requirement: the profiles must be linked to the same e-mail address!

8. I forgot my password / My password does not work?

After entering your e-mail address, click on ‘Forgot password’. You will now receive an e-mail enabling you to create a new password.

9. Where can I find the mobile app?

You can download our mobile application from the App Store and the Google Play Store.

10. I am not receiving PSD mails at my private e-mail address?

First of all, be sure to check your SPAM folder to see whether the mail(s) can be found there. If not, you can add the e-mail address in the web platform by clicking on your name at the top right and then ‘User platform settings’. Go to ‘E-mail notifications’ and add the desired e-mail address under ‘Send notifications to this e-mail address’.
