Below are the 10 most frequently asked questions by and for coaches:
1. Where can I make my training preparation? You can click on the pencil icon ‘Training preparation’ in My dashboard under the block ‘Scheduled training sessions’. Then go to the ‘Training content’ tab to create your training preparation. |
2. Where can I enter my training presences? In the web platform: via My dashboard under the block ‘Training sessions completed’, you can click on the green ‘Presences’ button. You will see a list of all players where you can indicate who was present or absent and for what reason. At the bottom, click ‘Save’ to confirm. In the mobile app: via the ‘Calendar’ button at the bottom, click on the training session and then on ‘Register presences’. You will get a list of all players where you can indicate who was present or absent and for what reason. At the top right, click on the ‘Send’ icon to confirm. |
3. How can I send out my game selection? In the web platform: by clicking on the blue ‘Game preparation’ button in My dashboard in the ‘Upcoming matches’ block. In the ‘Selection’ tab, you can now make your game selection by marking players as starter, substitute, not selected, absent or selection other team. After you have made your selection, you can click on the blue button ‘Send squad selection’. The selected players will be notified automatically when you click the yellow ‘Send’ button, but you can also choose to notify non-selected players by ticking their names. In the mobile app: by clicking the yellow ‘Squad selection’ button in the game and then ‘Make squad selection’. You can now make your game selection by marking players as starter, substitute, not selected or absent. After you have made the selection, you can click the ‘Send’ button to notify the players. The selected players are automatically ticked, but you can also choose to notify non-selected players by ticking their names. Finally, click the ‘Send’ button at the top right to notify the ticked players. |
4. How can I enter goals and assists in my game report? Click on the green ‘Create game report’ button and in the ‘Information’ tab, change the type to ‘Extensive’. On the left-hand side, more tabs will now become visible including ‘Goals’. In this tab, you can enter goals and assists. |
5. Where can I log in to PSD? Login to ProSoccerData is done after invitation via the administrator and using a unique e-mail address and a self-chosen password. A club member can always log in in the following ways after gaining access to ProSoccerData:

6. I forgot my password / My password does not work? After entering your e-mail address, click on ‘Forgot password’. You will now receive an e-mail enabling you to create a new password. |
7. Where can I find the mobile app? You can download our mobile application from the App Store and the Google Play Store. |
8. How can I switch between my coach profile and my child's profile? In the web platform: by clicking on your name at the top right and then switching users at the bottom In the mobile app: by clicking on your name at the top right and then selecting a new user Requirement: both profiles must be linked to the same e-mail address! |
9. I can't see certain information in PSD? Presumably you do not have the correct rights to see this information. Contact your club administrator for more information by clicking on your name in the web platform at the top right and then ‘Contact administrator’. In the mobile application, you need to click on your name at the top right, then on ‘Settings’ and finally on ‘Contact administrator’. |
10. I am not receiving PSD mails at my private e-mail address? First of all, be sure to check your SPAM folder to see whether the mail(s) can be found there. If not, you can add the e-mail address in the web platform by clicking on your name at the top right and then ‘User platform settings’. Go to ‘E-mail notifications’ and add the desired e-mail address under ‘Send notifications to this e-mail address’. |
