On the inbox page, we make a distinction between E-mails & Chat messages.

E-mail

On the e-mail tab you see an overview of all e-mails received in your inbox. Unread e-mails are indicated by a little red dot in front of them. You can also select other folders at the top like marked e-mails, sent e-mails, all e-mails, drafts and e-mails in your trash. Using the search button at the top right, you can quickly search for a specific mail.

Click on an e-mail to open the message. Click on the arrow icon on the top right to reply or forward the message. To delete an e-mail, click on the bin icon at the top of the screen.

By holding down a particular e-mail in the overview of your e-mails, you can delete several e-mails at once. Tick them and then click the bin icon at the top.
Send new e-mail

By clicking on the text balloon with the plus sign at the bottom right, you can start drafting a new e-mail. First of all, you can enter who the e-mail will be sent to. Besides the 'To', you also have the option to add persons, groups or teams in CC or BCC.

If you want to send out a message to the entire club we recommend you to add everyone in BCC so not everyone receives all e-mail replies.

In addition, determine the subject of the e-mail and type your message. If you want to add a photo or file to the e-mail, click the 'paperclip' button at the top. If you want to finish an e-mail later, you can click the 'Save' button at the top so the e-mail will be saved in your drafts. Finally, to send the e-mail, click the right arrow button at the top right.

Chat

You will see an overview of all your instant chat messages. The unread chat messages have a red circle behind them with a number in it. This number indicates the number of unread messages within this chat. You can also use the search button at the top right to search for a specific chat message. This way you can quickly find back a message.

By clicking on a chat message, you can read it. At the bottom, you can reply by typing a text and then clicking the blue 'Send' button. You can also send a photo or image if you wish.

You can distinguish a group chat from an individual chat on the Chat overview page: a group chat is indicated by a group icon next to the group name.

You can click on the name of the person or group chat at the top of a chat message. You will now see the participants of the chat, as well as the option to leave the chat. If you leave the chat, it will also be deleted from your messages.

Send new chat message

By clicking on the text balloon with the plus sign at the bottom right, you can start composing a new chat message. Simply click on the name of the person you want to send a chat message to and write your message. If you want to create a group chat, click 'Create a new group chat' and give the group chat a name. For a group chat, you can either add teams, groups or multiple people. Then click the right arrow at the top right and start writing your message for the participants.

For group chats you have created yourself, you can also make changes afterwards. To do this, click on the name of the group chat at the top and then on the pencil icon at the top right. You can now change the name of the group chat and add new people. After making changes, click on the 'V' at the top right to save the changes.

Also, behind a person, you can click on the 3 horizontal dots to either remove the person from the group chat or view the person's profile.
