At the top of the platform you can click on the question mark icon for one of the following three things:
- Start quick tour
By clicking on this button you can start a quick tour for the page you are currently visiting. If there is no quick tour available for this page, you will not be able to click on the button.
- Support centre
This button takes you to our help page where we explain the functioning of each module within PSD in a clear and comprehensible way by means of various articles. You still can't find an answer to your question? Use the 3rd button below.
- Chat with us
When you click on this button as a Single Point of Contact, our chat box will open at the bottom right of the platform, allowing you to send any question/remark to our support team. They will try to answer it as soon as possible.
