What if a player is also a coach at your club?
You need to create 2 different accounts for this person.
- Player account: add via the green button in Administration > Players
- Use the search bar 'search by name'.
- Name, first name, date of birth & club are automatically filled in if the player is known in our database.
- Link the player to the team he plays in.
- Coach account: add via the green button in Administration > Staff
- Fill in the name, first name, date of birth & club YOURSELF.
- Add a (C) after the first name.
- Link the coach to the team of which he is the coach.
In this way, the player with his player account only has access to information of the team he plays in and with his coach account he has the necessary rights as a coach for his team. In addition, it is much easier for all users of the club to see who they are sending an e-mail to, for example.
